The LM Series is made from bearing steel, chrome steel and GCr15, with models ranging from LM3-UU to LM150-UU. The larger sizes are useful when a machine needs more support around the shaft, while the smaller models are often found in compact linear mechanisms.
Thailand is a practical market for this type of component. Its manufacturing base includes automotive, electronics and industrial automation, and demand for linear motion parts is closely connected with factory automation and precision machinery.
For maintenance work, replacing a linear bearing does not always mean replacing the whole assembly. If the shaft and housing are still usable, the bearing itself can often be replaced and the machine can return to operation without a major rebuild.
That is also why we receive orders with different sizes in the same batch. Some customers need standard LM-UU bearings for regular production equipment, while others send us a drawing or sample because the existing machine has its own dimensions.
Before packing, the bearings are checked and protected against dust and moisture. After that, they are placed into the boxes and prepared for the shipment together with the rest of the order.
